Global Business Services
Global Business Services functions as the backbone of Technology and Operations support for the various Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions at Bank of America. Job Description
As an Individual Contributor within the ADS Risk and Compliance management team, you will be tasked with overseeing risk and compliance for the ADS portfolio. Among your key responsibilities will be the execution of ADS processes and tools such as Continuous Monitoring and SharePoint to ensure adherence to the enterprise-wide standards set forth. Your job expectations include supporting Vulnerability Management and ERP initiatives, actively coordinating with Application owners, and collaborating with various teams including SLTs, BISO, GIS, and the CTI ERP Management team to mitigate vulnerabilities within stipulated timelines. It is critical to follow through on action plans and milestones while implementing governance that aligns with both ADS and enterprise risk specifications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with rigorous risk and adherence standards.
- Oversee Vulnerability Governance initiatives.
- Manage ERP processes effectively.
- Utilize GIS Continuous Monitoring tools to fetch relevant reports.
- Engage in follow-ups with the Application team, SLTs, BISO, GIS, and the CTI ERP Management team.
- Report any vulnerabilities that are due and suffer consequences to the Application owners and SLTs.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or MCA

Experience Range: 6 to 8 years
Foundational skills
- Demonstrated experience serving as a technical Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar capacity.
- Established working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts.
- Manage the system of record and knowledge repositories such as Continuous Monitoring Tool and SharePoint.
- Identify, track, and report metrics, vulnerabilities, and quality assurance activities.
- Possess solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Show proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Display a high degree of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Deliver quality assurance results within set timelines.
- Facilitate technical and manual activities associated with collecting, QA, and reporting open CVE vulnerabilities to GIS.
- Capable of using internal SORs and external vendor site data to validate vendors’ CVE findings.
- Demonstrate an ability for in-depth investigations to assess scenarios effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Application owners, SLTs, BISO, GIS, and CTI ERP management teams.
