In the first half, Tomáš Chorý scored for Slavia against Dukla from the penalty spot, after the break, Matěj Jurásek secured the three points, and Chorý scored again with his second goal. Dukla remained in thirteenth place. The team from Juliska has not beaten Slavia in the Czech league even once, although it was the 19th attempt to do so.
The match between Pilsen and Sparta in the sold-out Štruncové stadium was decided in the 30th minute by Prince Adu’s only goal. In the league with Sparta, Viktoria scored for the fourth time out of the last five matches, of which they won three times. Pilsen confirmed their current form and won the third round in a row. Letenský, on the other hand, lost three of the last four league matches and completed an unsuccessful week. On Wednesday, they suffered a 0-5 debacle against City in the Champions League in Manchester.
Substitute Matyáš Vojta put Mlada Boleslav in the lead in the first half with a premiership goal in the top competition, Amar Memič equalized behind Karvina in the 57th minute. In the 83rd minute, Mladá Boleslav’s Patrik Vydra failed to convert a penalty, who also failed to score in the Conference League on Thursday in the 0:1 defeat against Lugano.
The Central Bohemians did not win in the league for the sixth time in a row and are in 12th place in the table. A total of eight competitive matches await victory. Karviná did not beat today’s opponent in the league for the eleventh time in a row, but in the top competition they lost only one of the last eight matches and are ninth.
Bohemians scored away in the league for the sixth time in a row. Their win in Teplice was decided by two goals by Jan Matoušek in the first half, to which Robert Jukl responded in the 67th minute with a goal. The North Bohemians did not confirm the win from the previous round in Slovácko and did not score after three rounds. They are in 14th place in the table, Prague moved up to eighth place.

Slavia Prague Crushes Dukla in a Display of Football Prowess
Well, well, well! If it isn’t Slavia Prague, turning the football pitch into their personal playground as they smacked Dukla Prague down 3-0 in the 13th round of the first football league. It’s beginning to look more like a successful magic trick than a match – now you see them, now you don’t… unless you’re Dukla, of course, in which case they’re always “invisible.” Before we dive into the nitty-gritty, let’s just say, if this match were a movie, Dukla would definitely get the “best supporting role… in a tragedy!”
Match Overview
In a match held on a crisp October day on the hallowed grass of Prague, we saw the Slavia warriors maintain their impressive undefeated streak. Tomáš Chorý began the carnage with a penalty, almost making it look too easy. Then, as if to rub salt in the wound, he struck again later, which made you wonder if Dukla had accidentally mixed up their football tactics with a ‘how to play dead’ manual.
The goals continued flooding in! After Chorý’s theatrical opener, Matěj Jurásek, probably thinking he’d get drafted into a sequel, slammed home the second goal. With a score of 3-0 and Dukla firmly seated in the thirteenth spot, it seems like history is trying to repeat itself. It’s a tale as old as time – Dukla challenging Slavia in the league… but they haven’t stood a chance in 19 attempts. I mean, at what point do they stop showing up? They must have better luck buying a lottery ticket!
Other League Illuminations
Meanwhile, Pilsen took a slightly bloodied Spartan pride, winning 1-0 thanks to Prince Adu’s theatrical goal. The Spartans must have sent a letter to Manchester City asking for advice on how to defeat the champions – perhaps City just replied with “try scoring more goals.” Ah, the irony.
Mladá Boleslav attempted to put on a show too, drawing with Karviná, while Bohemians pulled a rabbit out of their hat with a 2-1 win against Teplice. You’d think they were all competing for a spot in the next magician’s convention. Unfortunately, Teplice’s performance? Well, let’s just say they drew the short straw and forgot their top hat!
Table and Scorers
Looking at the table, Slavia sits atop with a comfy seven-point lead over Pilsen who, after ousting Sparta from their second-place seat, might actually be feeling a smidgen better about life.
The scoring table also has a few surprises! Kliment from Olomouc is leading the race, while some of Slavia’s very own, Diouf and Chorý, are also making a name for themselves. It seems like we’re painting quite the picture here with goal-scorers acting as our artists—too bad Dukla forgot their brushes!
Final Thoughts
In summary, this match exemplified the classic David (Dukla) versus Goliath (Slavia) vibe – one team knocking it out of the park while the other is seemingly trying to figure out how to hit a piñata blindfolded. With the first league rolling forward, can anyone stop Slavia? The future matches will certainly be interesting, and frankly, I’m buying tickets to that show!
Prague – In a dominant display, Slavia Prague triumphed 3-0 over Dukla Prague in the 13th round of the first football league, solidifying their position as the only undefeated team this season. The Vršovičtí now enjoy a commanding seven-point lead at the top of the table over Pilsen, who managed a narrow 1-0 victory against Sparta, thus displacing them into second place. The reigning champions, Sparta, find themselves trailing Slavia by a considerable nine points. In other matches, Mladá Boleslav battled Karviná to a 1-1 draw, while Bohemians 1905 secured a close 2-1 win at Teplice.
In the first half of the match, Tomáš Chorý converted a penalty for Slavia, setting the tone for victory against Dukla. Following the break, Matěj Jurásek extended the lead, and Chorý capped off the evening with his second goal of the match. Despite the loss, Dukla remains in thirteenth place, extending their unfortunate streak; they have yet to defeat Slavia in any of their 19 attempts in the Czech league.
The sold-out Štruncové stadium witnessed a tightly contested game between Pilsen and Sparta, with Prince Adu’s decisive goal coming in the 30th minute, marking his fourth strike against Sparta in five encounters. Pilsen continues to build momentum, marking their third consecutive victory, while Sparta struggles, having lost three of their last four league outings. Their recent performance was further dampened by a crushing 5-0 defeat in the Champions League against Manchester City on Wednesday.
In the match between Mladá Boleslav and Karviná, substitute Matyáš Vojta opened the scoring with a debut goal in the top league, only to see Amar Memič equalize for Karviná in the second half. Mladá Boleslav faced further frustration in the 83rd minute when Patrik Vydra failed to convert a penalty, echoing his recent struggles in the Conference League.
As for Bohemians, they continued their impressive away run, clinching their sixth straight league win on the road. Jan Matoušek was the hero of the day with two goals in the first half, although Robert Jukl pulled one back for Teplice in the 67th minute. The North Bohemians, however, could not extend their form from the previous round, remaining in 14th position in the table.
On Saturday, a flurry of action saw Ostrava prevail over Pardubice with a score of 3-2, while Liberec enjoyed an emphatic 4-0 win against Slovácko. Hradec Králové dealt České Budějovice a 2-0 defeat, and Olomouc played out a goalless draw at home against Jablonec.
