An armed robbery took place last Saturday night, in Thessaloniki. Two perpetrators wearing medical masks on their faces and hats on their heads entered a store on Grigoriou Lambraki Street in Evosmos.
In a video document revealed by ERT, it appears that the armed thug went behind the counter and immobilized the 24-year-old employee, while his accomplice was guarding chilies at the entrance of the store. The young perpetrator grabbed 15,785 euros from the cash register and from a cabinet within seconds.
As can be seen in the related video, he then runs away with his accomplice and they get lost in the narrows of the area. Immediate action was informed about the incident, investigations were carried out, but the two perpetrators had disappeared. The investigation to locate them has been undertaken by the Cordeliou-Evosmos Security Department.
It is worth noting that according to ERT, the pair of thugs have carried out other robberies in shops in the wider area of Thessaloniki.
