To celebrate Halloween, Meritis, a technology consulting company based in Sophia Antipolis, and the Eco Sophia Trail association are organizing the second edition of the Scary Trail on October 31, in Valbonne Village (Alpes-Maritimes).
Called Epouvant Trail, this event open to the general public will take place at night with Sebastien Camus as ambassador, a native of the region and above all one of the best specialists in the discipline. This trail will be an opportunity to live an experience different from the traditional trail in a festive but also eco-responsible atmosphere on Halloween evening.
After the “success” of the first edition, the gauge is increased with a capacity of 200 additional bibs. In total, 500 participants are expected for this Riviera highlight. Two endurance events in varied terrain await participants depending on their level and desire: an 8-kilometer course and a 15-kilometer course. For this Halloween special, it is advisable to come in disguise, without forgetting to take your headlamp.
