After the election of the new president of PASOK and the rapid developments around SYRIZA, New Democracy remains a “stable” in the political scene, -as it seems- also from the findings of the MRB poll on behalf of OPEN.
However, the party that makes the surprise and registers a 5.4% increase is PASOK, gathering 18.2% compared to 12.8% it received in the European elections.
It is followed by the Hellenic Solution with 11% and the KKE with 9.7%, registering improved percentages compared to those they received in the recent European elections.
On the other side is SYRIZA, which has a drop of 6.6 points compared to the percentage it recorded in the European elections.
An impressive rise is also registered by Freedom Sailing, gathering 5.3%, Voice of Reason reaching 4.7% and Mera25 rising 3.9%.
The Niki party recorded a marginal decline.
Almost a similar picture in terms of order is recorded by the leaders of the parties. 21.8% of the poll respondents answered that the most suitable prime minister is Kyriakos Mitsotakis, followed by Nikos Androulakis with 9.2%, Kyriakos Velopoulos with 6.9%, Zoe Konstantopoulou with 6.4 and Stefanos Kasselakis with 5%.
