Kostas Tsoukalas was born and raised in Athens. He comes from Gortynia of Arcadia, Itea of ​​Phocis and Constantinople.

He graduated in 2008 from the Law School of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has been practicing martial law since 2010 when he founded his personal law office and in recent years has handled hundreds of cases of all spectrums of Law. He has specialized in Labor Law, Insurance – Pension Law, as well as Banking Law with a focus on debt settlement (judicial and extrajudicial).

He is a certified lawyer by EFKA in the procedure for issuing pensions. He has been and continues to be a legal advisor to Panhellenic trade unions, federations and primary unions, Professional Chambers, as well as many businesses. From 2014 to 2016 he was a member of the Five-member Arbitration Committee of the EPO for labor cases between coaches and sports clubs. Tighanais is a permanent legal advisor of the General Bank of Greece Staff Mutual Aid Fund.

Since his student years he has developed intense social and trade union activity. He was for many years an elected representative of the students of the Athens Law School.

He is married and the father of three children.

Who is Olga Markogiannakis?

OR Olga Markogiannakis who is now PASOK’s deputy press representative, holds a doctorate in civil engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a master’s degree (MSc) from Columbia University, New York.

He was born and raised in Kozani, originally from Crete. She is married and has two children.

According to newsit, he has significant national and international research experience in structural safety, prevention and response to infrastructure impacts related to climate change and natural disasters.

She has written and published numerous research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and international conferences, while she is an evaluator of the European Marie Curie actions. During her professional career she has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Western Macedonia, the University of Thessaly and the International University.
