The Accountability Court of Islamabad heard the Tosha Khana case and the 190 million pound scam case against Bushra Bibi in which Imran Khan’s wife appeared in the court while lawyer Latif Khosa argued on her behalf.
During the hearing, Latif Khosa gave arguments and said that NAB had given a statement that Bushra Bibi’s arrest is not required at present. I have brought some decisions of higher judiciary, if there is a change of mind on the arrest, then it is necessary to inform the court first. to arrest

Accountability Court Judge Mohammad Basheer said that they take a statement from him that they do not want to arrest Bushra Bibi, on this the NAB Prosecutor said that if the bail application is dismissed on merit, then he can be arrested.
Later, after the arguments of NAB prosecutor and Latif Khosa, the court extended interim bail till October 12 in both cases of Bushra Bibi.
