Texas Attorney General files lawsuit against Biden

According to the Public Prosecution’s statement, the reason for the lawsuit is that Biden did not show any reaction to the Attorney General’s request to verify the citizenship of 450,000 registered voters in the state.

“Attorney General Paxton has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security and other members of the Biden-Harris administration for refusing to implement a federal law requiring them to verify the citizenship of potentially non-voting voters,” the statement read.

According to the statement, the Attorney General’s Office sent a letter to federal authorities in early October that included a list of 450,000 voters whose citizenship was never verified during voter registration. But the White House administration has not yet sent any response to this.

It is noteworthy that only citizens of the country have the right to vote in federal elections in the United States, and Republicans insist that the record number of illegal immigrants who entered the United States during the term of Biden and his deputy Kamala Harris will be used to vote for Democratic Party candidates in the presidential and federal elections.

In the 2020 elections, the difference between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden in Texas was about 630,000 votes in favor of Trump.

Earlier, US Senator James David Vance, who was announced as the Republican candidate for vice president in the US elections, stressed the need to deport a large number of illegal immigrants from the country.

The US presidential elections are scheduled to take place on November 5th. Vice President Kamala Harris will compete for the Democratic Party, and former President Donald Trump will compete for the Republican Party.
