A total of 7 civil lawsuits have been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Two of them said they were underage when they were allegedly drugged and attacked by the music producer.

For the first time in the year-long wave of lawsuits against Combs, another celebrity was cited and accused of participating in the alleged assault, although they were not identified by name.

In a lawsuit filed by Jane Doe, she claims she was 13 years old in 2000, when she was invited by a limousine driver to attend an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty that Combs was throwing in New York City. After drinking, Doe’s complaint states he felt sleepy, and he looked for a place to lie down.

Combs, along with an unnamed male celebrity and an unnamed female celebrity, walked into the bedroom where he was resting.

“You’re ready to party!” Combs said to Doe, according to the complaint.

The unnamed male celebrity then raped Doe. The lawsuit says Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched. Combs then raped Doe while two other celebrities watched, according to the lawsuit.

When reached for comment, a representative for Combs referred CNN to a previous statement from his attorneys in which they denied the allegations in six other lawsuits filed last week.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process,” Combs’ attorneys said in the statement. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted anyone.”

The latest lawsuits, five of which were filed in federal court in New York and two in New York Supreme Court Monday, include allegations of rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, battery or false imprisonment by Combs between 2000 and 2022 in New York, Los Angeles or Las Vegas. All of the alleged incidents occurred at parties allegedly hosted by Combs.

Three plaintiffs are women and four are men, filed as Jane Doe or John Doe. All but one accused them of being drugged by Combs.

Another accuser stated in her claim she was a 17-year-old aspiring artist in 2022, when she was allegedly drugged at a party and sexually assaulted by Combs, who offered her a drink and “assured Doe could make her a star.”

Monday’s lawsuit joins another lawsuit against Combs filed last week by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee and co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, who previously said they represent at least 120 of Combs’ victims, including minors.

Federal prosecutors accused Combs of orchestrating a “criminal enterprise” through his business empire that involved decades of sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping and physical violence against women, among other allegations. He has pleaded not guilty to federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs is being held in New York pending trial, which is set to begin in May.

The latest information on Combs’ criminal case

On Monday, Combs’ attorneys said they had “significant” new grounds to fight for his release from federal prison pending trial.

Combs’ attorneys asked the appeals court to postpone one appeal so he can present new information to the federal judge overseeing the case, Judge Arun Subramanian.

Prosecutors opposed suspending any appeal.

Before Combs asked for a delay, a federal appeals court scheduled oral arguments on his detention for Nov. 4.

Over the weekend, his attorneys asked Subramanian to issue an order to bar potential witnesses and their attorneys from speaking about the allegations against Combs.

“This court should exercise its discretion in issuing an order requiring all potential witnesses and their legal counsel to refrain from making out-of-court statements that are likely to disrupt Combs’ trial or prejudice the proper administration of justice,” Combs’ attorneys wrote to the judge.

Since November 2023, at least 25 civil lawsuits have been filed against Combs alleging sexual assault or misconduct. The initial lawsuit, filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, was settled the next day. Other cases are still ongoing.

Combs has denied the allegations.

Prosecutors said their criminal investigation is still ongoing and additional charges or defendants could be added in a possible superseding indictment. (CNN/Z-3)
