But recently playing Nasibu Lal’s song at a mehendi ceremony cost a family dearly.
Nasibu Lal’s song was blasted on the sound system at a Mehndi ceremony in Toba Tek Singh district of Punjab province, Pakistan on Tuesday this week.
The incident went viral on social media as it was claimed that a police case was registered against the singers because an obscene song by the singer was being played during the mehndi ceremony.
It was reported that when asked about the FIR and the lyrics of the song mentioned in the Pir Mahal police station, he laughed and said on condition of anonymity that this copy has put us in trouble.
Later, the next day, when the arrested accused was presented in the magistrate’s court, the judge disposed of the matter by saying that there are many other cases pending in the court, if someone is enjoying himself, then let him be. The boys were dancing and what were they doing.
According to him, he acquitted the accused by saying this, but we have been receiving calls from all over the last two or three days.
The lyrics of Nasibu Lal’s song recorded in the FIR were, ‘Japhi gath ke japawe ek war sajna’. ‘The whole life will flow subserviently’
It means (Once you are close to a good person, I will support you for the rest of your life).
The said song was filmed in the movie ‘Kaala Gujjar’ starring Muammar Rana and Sana in the lead roles.
