According to witness accounts, a woman got out of a gray car, while holding her neck, a few blocks from the Benavides Bridge. After a few seconds, he collapsed to the ground.
Apparently the death of the Venezuelan citizen identified as Yorlany Celimar Moreno Sánchez (22) would have been planned, because the vehicle from which the woman got out was abandoned on the María Auxiliadora bridge. This after a motorcycle will pass through the area, as if it were a signal to the occupants, reports Panamericana.
Finally, PNP agents reviewed the area and collected all the necessary evidence to begin the corresponding investigations.
