The multifunctional skyscraper, which will consist of 29 and 4-story buildings, will occupy 17,900 square meters. m of total area, of which 7,100 sq. m will be allocated to offices located from the 2nd to the 11th floor. The hotel space is planned from the 12th to the 18th floor, which will have about 105 rooms occupying 4,250 square meters. m. The highest floors of the building, from the 19th to the 29th floor, will have apartments with a total area of 6,500 square meters. m, and each of them will have from 2 to 5 rooms.
The project will stand out for its vertically diversified structure, which means that different functions will be integrated in one building, creating a synergy between offices, residential spaces and a hotel. “Vertical” will be the first real estate project of such a structure in the center of Vilnius. This unique object designed by the Lithuanian architects’ office “Architektūros skravinė grupė” was recognized as the best in an international architecture competition.
Guido Wolf, RELEVEN’s director of sustainability and innovation, says that the building will become the biggest neighbor of Vilnius business center “Europa”. The future owners of the building will use not only modern office spaces, but also gyms, children’s playgrounds, and other recreation areas.

The building will be designed according to the highest energy efficiency requirements, and its architectural solutions will reduce energy consumption. For users, this means not only comfort, but also lower operating costs,” shares G. Wolf.
According to him, taking into account the needs of the city, a project was created in which “Vertical” will become a modern space for work, will give city guests the opportunity to stay in a hotel, and will offer high-quality apartments to Vilnius residents. These will be the first professionally managed accommodation apartments in the capital.
