The Municipality of Aegialia, under the organization of the Deputy Mayor of Etiquette, Etiquette, Events and in collaboration with the Golf Festival 2024, the Music-Cultural Space Hellenic Idyllion and with the participation of the Municipal Choirs of Aegialia, invite the music-loving Aegeans to a unique evening lyrical song and piano works.
The event will take place on the day of the National Anniversary (October 28, 2024), at the Cultural Center of Aigio “Alekos Megaris” at 19:00.
The distinguished singulars Kristina Šop (lyric soprano) and h Ingrid Zacharias (mezzo-soprano) will perform an excellent program, which includes songs from the wider lyrical repertoire, as well as songs of Greek interest. Accompanying them will be acclaimed pianist Wolfgang Kraemer, who will also present solo piano pieces.
The evening will open with her Children and Youth Choir of the Municipality of Aegialia and the Mixed Choir of Aegialia under the direction of the pianist-conductor, Bessis Nassi.
The event promises to offer attendees an unforgettable musical experience, full of emotion and artistic quality, in compositions by: Manos Loizos, Mikis Theodorakis, Terpsichoris Papastephanou, Dimitris Lagios, Robert Schumann, Antoni Dvořák, Manuel de Falla, Claude Debussy, Maurice ravel, Jacques Offenbach
The evening’s program will be presented by the journalist Eleftheria Stergiopoulou.
