Kabul: 4 police officers were killed and 20 people were injured in a car bomb explosion in Faryab province of Afghanistan.

According to Afghan media, the explosion was carried out outside the police headquarters in Almar district.

The director of Kandahar’s public health department says that the injured include both soldiers and civilians.

No organization has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.

Earlier, 15 people, including women, were killed in a stampede outside Pakistan’s consulate in Jalalabad, Afghanistan.
