Reason for consultation

We hosted a 60-day online drug proposal process with members of the pediatric medical community and pharmacists. This process aimed to determine which drugs could be placed on the list of priority pediatric drugs. We appointed an external panel of pediatric experts who took these comments into account to develop an initial list for further review.

We are currently consulting with individuals in Canada on the proposed list. The consultation will last 60 days.
