Kolos Shakhtar – result and review of the match of the 10th round of the UPL — Sport

Miner Minimally Beats Ear in a Shocking Display of Footy

Well, well, well! You join us as the Ukrainian Premier League continues to serve drama, suspense, and just a pinch of “what were they thinking?” In the opening match of the 10th round of the UPL 2024/25 season, our spotlight shines on the nail-biting clash between Miner and Ear. This wasn’t just any match; oh no, it was a battle of attrition that ended with a scoreline most enthusiastic fans would struggle to get excited about: 0:1. Yes, folks, that’s a one-goal thriller!

Down to the Nitty-Gritty!

Now, to the meat of the matter. The only goal of the match was scored by none other than Ilir Krasnichi. And what a way to net a goal! He sliced the ball into his own net in the 59th minute after a delicate pass from Oleksandr Zubkov. You know, some days you’re the hammer, and other days, you’re just… well, Ilir Krasnichi! I’m still trying to figure out if he thought he was auditioning for the next big horror flick with that own goal. Let’s face it: it’s hard to be a hero when you’ve got your own team gunning for you!

A Last-Ditch Effort or Just a Hilarious Attempt?

As if the sheer joy of the match couldn’t get any better, the Kovaliv club almost saw the game escape defeat in the dying moments! In the 90th + 3rd minute, a heroic cross from the right flank sent shivers down the spine of every Miner fan. Yukhym Konoplia, the “defender” of the match, leapt like a gazelle but managed to cut it off. Talk about drama! Or, as we like to call it, a comedy of errors! But, alas, as fairy tales sometimes go, the goal was disallowed. Why, you ask? Apparently, Diego couldn’t keep his hands to himself and brushed off Pedro Enrique like he was an annoying fly in his ear. A foul had been called, and the dreams of those minute fans were crushed like an empty soda can at a concert!

Table Talk and Upcoming Matches

So, what does this mean for the standings? Following this nail-biter, Shakhtar has managed to cling to fourth place with 19 points, while Colossus, well… they’re down in 13th place with a mere 8 points. Someone call a doctor because that is a serious case of “we need to step up our game!” The next rendezvous for the brave Shakhtar lads is in good old London against Arsenal on October 22. Now that’s a matchup more likely to spark a riot, and I’m not talking about the football variety!

And What Else Happened in the World of Ukrainian Football?

The plot thickens further, with “Kolos” gearing up for their next match against Polyssia on October 25. Will they get their lunch served to them on a silver platter, or will they steal the show? Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure: if there’s a chance for comedy, football never disappoints!

Final Thoughts

As the world turns and the football keeps rolling, it’s safe to say that this UPL season is shaping up to be a rollercoaster ride. With laughable own goals, last-second disallowed scores, and teams battling for every point, the entertainment is truly off the charts! Keep your eyes peeled, folks, and remember: in football, the bloopers are just as important as the big wins!

“Miner” minimally beat “Ear” in the opening match of the 10th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) of the 2024/25 season. The match in Kovalivka ended with a score of 0:1.

The only goal in this meeting was scored by the people of Donetsk in the 59th minute – the home team’s player Ilir Krasnichi cut the ball into his own goal after Oleksandr Zubkov’s pass from the left wing.

At the end of the match, the Kovaliv club almost escaped defeat. In the 90th + 3rd minute, a cross from the right flank into the own goal was cut off by the defender of “miners” Yukhym Konoplia.
