Saudi government issued instructions regarding Abshar account

The Saudi Ministry of Health has directed those who do not have an Abshar account to register their mobile number with their guardian’s Abshar account.

Tawakalna, an app working under the Ministry of Health, has said that those who do not have an Abshar account can open an account through their guardian.

According to the Saudi media, Tawaklan has responded to a user’s question on Twitter and said that the dependents of citizens and foreigners who do not have their own Abshar account should register their mobile number in their guardian’s Abshar account.

Abshar has an option for subordinates like wife, children and domestic servants to register their mobile numbers, after the guardian’s mobile number registration in Abshar they can open an account in Tawaklana app.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Interior has warned the citizens and resident foreigners not to use their mobile number in the account of another person in the online service system Abshar.

Abshar officials have informed the public that using their mobile number in another person’s account will block the user’s account.

It should be noted that Tukalna App has been declared as a condition of admission in all government offices of Madinah Munawara. Citizens and foreigners approaching government institutions must display the app at the entrance gates.

Madinah Munora Governorate has said in its announcement that the presence of Tawaklana app in the mobile phones of all citizens and resident foreigners has been declared essential to approach all government departments.
