POLRES Cianjur, West Java, has increased security and order ahead of the inauguration of the President and Vice President-elect. Efforts were made by carrying out enhanced routine activities (KRYD) on Saturday (19/10) evening.
Before the KRYD was implemented, a roll call was first held in the courtyard of the Cianjur Police Office at 21.00 WIB. The joint personnel then moved mobile at 21.30 WIB.
Cianjur Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Rohman Yonky Dilatha emphasized that KRYD was implemented to create a conducive security situation and public order in the Cianjur Police jurisdiction. KRYD’s focus on Saturday night was more on security measures ahead of the inauguration of the President and Vice President-elect.
“KRYD was implemented to improve security and order in the Cianjur Police jurisdiction ahead of the inauguration of the President and Vice President-elect,” he said accompanied by the Head of PIDM Sub-Section, Public Relations Section of the Cianjur Police, Inspector Dua Muslikhan, Sunday (20/10).
KRYD’s targets include the distribution of mixed or mixed drinks, pots that do not meet specifications or brong, drug trafficking, as well as stealing, cheating and stealing. This target is believed to trigger potential disruption to the situation and conditions of security and social order.
As a result of KRYD, Cianjur Police Traffic Unit personnel took action and fined motorbike riders who used exhausts that did not meet technical specifications or bad exhausts. There were 16 exhausts confiscated.
“Meanwhile, Narcotics Unit personnel succeeded in confiscating 51 bottles of various brands of liquor from depots or herbal medicine stalls,” he concluded.
