Actress Uzma Khan has withdrawn the case filed against 3 women and their armed guards who broke into her house and tortured her.
It should be noted that the actress had registered a case against some women whom she claimed were the daughters of business tycoon Malik Riaz and had provoked by entering her house along with armed guards.
A former member of Uzma Khan’s legal team claimed that the dispute between the two parties has been resolved after which all cases are being withdrawn.
However, no documents related to the agreement have come to light.
Some videos of the said incident went viral on social media in which the actress and her sister Huma Khan were seen being tortured.
After that, the actress filed a complaint with the police, in the light of which a case was registered on March 27 against Malik Riaz’s daughters Pashmina Malik, Anbar Malik and Usman Malik’s wife Amina Usman Malik and other unknown armed persons who accompanied these women. had come
Later, Uzma Khan dismissed the news of any kind of deal as mere speculation.
He had said that ‘these are rumors and no deal is being made in this regard’.
Uzma Khan had further said that the suspects did not contact her and she would not accept any deal.

However, the actress has now submitted an application to the Defense Sea Police saying, “I have registered a case last week on the basis of misunderstanding which I am withdrawing”.
He said that no challan has been submitted in this matter yet.
Uzma Khan further said that ‘I do not want to give any testimony or statement in the said matter’.
Apart from this, she also recorded a similar statement before Judicial Magistrate Noman Nasir of Lahore Cantt Court under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC) that she wants to withdraw the case.
In her separate statement filed under Section 164 of CrPC, Uzma Khan’s sister Huma said that ‘no such incident happened in her house’.
Huma admitted that ‘the other side (the women and the armed guards) did not do any violence to her’.
He also said that the injury seen in the viral videos on social media was caused by the (table) glass.
He further said that the accused named in the FIR are ‘innocent’.
The actress’s sister further said that ‘my sister ie Uzma Khan filed an FIR immediately due to a misunderstanding, so it should be cancelled’.
It should be noted that on May 30, Lahore Cantt Court issued an arrest warrant against actress Uzma Khan for the women who broke into her house and tortured her.
Ghulam Shabbir Syal, Judicial Magistrate of Cantt Kachhari, issued warrants for the three women who tortured Uzma Khan.
Videos of violence
The incident came to light a few days ago when some videos went viral on social media, after which the actress filed a complaint with the police, in the light of which a case was registered late at night.
In the video, a woman can be heard shouting at the actress and accusing her of having an ‘immoral relationship’ with a man named Usman.
In the video, the guards were seen grabbing and harassing the actress while a woman was hitting her with a shoe and glass ornaments were also thrown at Uzma Khan.
Another similar video showed the living room of the house where broken items were strewn all over the place while blood stains were visible on the floor.
Later, Amina Malik, who called herself Usman Malik’s wife, also uploaded a video on social media in which she said that Usman Malik has no relation with Malik Riaz.
In the video, the woman said, “First of all, let me make it clear that Usman Malik has nothing to do with Riaz Malik Hussain and he is not one of his close relatives. Hassan Khan Niazi is trying to defame Malik Riaz.” And Hasan Khan Niazi has a fight with Malik Riaz and he is doing all this to get money.
The woman also said that ‘as far as breaking into someone else’s house is concerned, that house was not the girls’ but my husband’s other house where I followed him and I have the right to go there. I am’.
The woman also said in the video that ‘I had given several warnings to this girl (actress) to save my 13-year married life and this is not the first time I have contacted her’.
On the other hand, Malik Riaz Hussain expressed indifference to the whole incident in a Twitter message.
The property tycoon said, ‘I reject the malicious propaganda being done about the viral video’.
At the same time, he also said that ‘I am surprised at the sudden act of defaming me for an incident in which I am not involved in any way.
