Speculation about Trump is exhausted – Harris hammers away

The 78-year-old Republican presidential candidate has canceled interviews with, among others, NBC, CNBC and CBS. He has also declined to hold another debate against Harris.

According to Politico, a Trump adviser has told producers behind a website that was in negotiations for an interview that the former president was “exhausted” and turned down some appearances. Trump’s campaign organization describes the claims as “without root in reality”.

– Most difficult job in the world

Harris, who turns 60 this weekend, is firing on Trump’s health and stamina.

– If you get exhausted in the election campaign, there is reason to ask real questions about whether they are fit for the hardest job in the world, she told supporters in the swing state of Michigan on Friday.

Trump’s team denied the claim, pointing out that he had been to four places since Thursday afternoon.

During the election rally in Detroit, Trump relied on technical problems in the form of a microphone that stopped working. It took almost 20 minutes before he got a new one that worked. Why there was not a spare microphone available, as is customary, is not known.

– I am not going to pay the bill from this idiotic company, said Trump.

12 million advance votes

By Friday evening, almost 12 million Americans had cast an advance vote, an overview from the University of Florida Election Lab shows.

Around a third of the votes so far have come in the seven swing states that could decide the election – Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia

Democrat Harris has urged his supporters to vote as early as possible, as a counter to the Republicans’ traditional advantage among those who vote on election day.
