Kuwait Civil Aviation has issued an important directive to the airline staff.

The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued an important health directive to the staff of airlines operating at Kuwait Airport.

A post issued by Kuwait Civil Aviation said that when the flight crew arrives at Kuwait International Airport, a list of crew names will be sent to immigration and health ministry officials.

After completion of check-in procedures at the airport, the staff will be received by the hotel representative who will transport the staff to the hotel using the transport provided by the hotel.

According to the rules, airline staff are allowed to enter Kuwait without undergoing a PCR test at the airport. The staff will periodically comply with the test program in coordination with the Ministry of Health, hotel stay and flight schedule. Details are subject to no restrictions.

The post states that resident staff of private aircraft, aviation safety and security inspectors within Kuwait will be treated in the same way as Kuwaiti airline staff.

It may be noted that earlier a circular was issued by Kuwait Civil Aviation in which passengers were allowed to carry each hand luggage in the plane according to the size and weight specified by the airlines.
