Inter Milan obtains the investment license in Saudi Arabia

Immediately after obtaining the investment license in Saudi Arabia, Inter Club launched its first academy in the city of Jeddah, while it will have a regional headquarters in the capital, Riyadh, in partnership with a specialized sports company, according to the statement issued today, Thursday.

The academy aims to discover and develop talents and create generations of champions and leaders with the aim of enabling them to achieve achievements in the field of football, and to support Saudi clubs with promising stars, while developing and cultivating sports talents inside and outside the borders of the field.

According to the statement, this step will enhance Inter Milan’s presence in the Arab market in general and Saudi Arabia in particular.

The management of the Italian club had issued a media statement after obtaining the investment license, in which it welcomed its new strategic step. Alessandro Antonello, CEO of FC Internazionale Milano, said: “Through this license, the club is committed to providing an addition to the sports sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.” Saudi Arabia by supporting the development of its sports sector and enhancing the participation of local companies as part of our global network.”

The Argentine legend, captain of Inter in a previous era and current vice-president, Javier Zanetti, expressed his happiness, saying: “Since we played for the first time here in Riyadh, we have been amazed by the passion that Saudi youth have for our club and we look forward to involving them more in the world of Inter.” The core of what we do at Inter is developing young players.”
