Meanwhile, orders have been issued not only to close halls, cafes, restaurants and snooker clubs in the twin cities, but holidays have also been announced in the Supreme Court as well as in the district courts. There will be a public holiday in the twin cities on October 14, 15 and 16.

According to the notification issued after the approval of Chief Justice Lahore High Court Alia Neelam, the district courts of Rawalpindi will remain closed on October 14, 15, 16 due to Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
