Audi boasted a sportier cut Q6. The dynamic appearance is pleasing to the eye, the technical modifications in turns – Garáž.cz

Audi got away with a new model. It is the Q6 Sportback e-tron SUV and it looks a little sportier compared to the standard SUV type, it is 37 mm lower and has a better drag coefficient (Cx 0.26 vs. Cx 0.28).

The technical excellence is the well-known Matrix front headlights and rear OLED lights, which offer up to eight optional light designs. In addition, the lamps can change their design in a crisis and warn other drivers that something is happening.

As in the Q6 e-tron, the interior is very digital, full of luxurious materials. After all, the driver looks more like a cinema from the front, where the vast majority of settings and controls are also located. The passenger has his own touch screen, which is a fashion originating from China.

Also worth mentioning is the wide head-up display with augmented reality, which sends driving data, loaded traffic signs, information from assistants or navigation symbols to the windshield.

Instead of a dashboard, you have a cinema. Q6 bet on digitization.

In addition, Audi deployed extended voice control, thanks to which you can control a number of car functions with verbal instructions (the system controls 800 commands). There is also an artificial intelligence chatbot ChatGPT, but for now only in English or German.

The operating information system relied on the Android Automotive interface, which brought the integration of well-known applications such as YouTube, but also access to the store with third-party applications.

If you like quality music, you will certainly welcome the Bang & Olufsen sound system with three-dimensional sound, four of the twenty speakers have found their place in the headrests of the front seats.

The rear trunk has a volume of 511 liters, the front one adds another 64 liters.

The interior decorations are more decent than wild, there is also recycled material and fabric inside, but you can easily choose natural birch wood in a gray shade.

The basic volume of the trunk is 511 liters, you have another 64 liters of space in the front. After folding the rear seats, the volume of the luggage compartment increases to 1,373 liters. We will also mention an interesting fact – as soon as you install the child seat forward against the direction of travel, the passenger’s airbag is automatically deactivated.

Range over 650 km

The electric car comes with two battery capacities of 83 kWh (usable capacity 75.8 kWh) and 100 kWh (usable capacity 94.9 kWh).

The basic rear wheel tuned to 252 hp offers acceleration from zero to hundred in seven seconds, while the Performance version with 306 hp needs 6.6 seconds. In addition, the Performance can travel 545 km or, with a large battery, up to 656 km on a single charge.

Sportback means a sloping rear. Otherwise, it is also called an SUV coupe.

Four-wheelers labeled quattro with 387 horsepower and 489 horsepower offer acceleration from zero to 100 in 5.9 seconds and 4.3 seconds, respectively. The range of the quad bike is up to 636 kilometers. The maximum speed of the Q6 Sportback e-tron is 210 km/h, the SQ6 Sportback e-tron variants reach up to 230 km/h.

The car relies on an 800-volt architecture, so it will offer a DC charging speed of 225, 260 or up to 270 kW in ideal conditions, depending on the design.

The Sportback also received a newly designed front axle, so that drivers can use it to drive through corners more sharply. There are also passive shock absorbers and an air suspension.

Orders for the sportier Q6 e-tron will open at the turn of this year and next year. Czech prices and equipment will be announced in the coming weeks. In Germany, however, the car already has a base price of 65,900 euros. This translates to about 1.66 million crowns.

Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron: The Future is Now… and a Bit Flashy!

Ah, Audi has done it again! They’ve really flexed their creative muscles with the new Q6 Sportback e-tron SUV. It’s like they took the standard SUV model, gave it a cheeky haircut (37 mm lower, might I add), and slapped on a fancy new dress with a shiny drag coefficient of Cx 0.26. Let’s be honest, it’s the kind of sporty look that would make even a stagnant parking lot feel like a racetrack!

Shining Bright: The Matrix Effect!

Now, what’s a fancy car without some jazzy lights to go with it? The Q6 is equipped with those well-known Matrix front headlights and sexy rear OLED lights. With up to eight light designs, you could literally have a mini disco going on at the back of your car. And if you find yourself in a bit of a pickle, the system can even change its design to warn other drivers. So, if someone cuts you off, just flash ‘em the lights and let ‘em know you mean business!

A Digital Wonderland

Step inside, and it feels less like a dashboard and more like the latest cinema, just without the sticky floors and overpriced popcorn. The interior is a tech-lovers dream—fully digital with luxurious materials to make you feel like royalty. And just to keep up with the times, the passenger gets their own touch screen. Because why not make everyone feel like they’re the star of their own road trip reality show?

Augmented Reality and a Chatbot!

But wait, there’s more! The wide head-up display with augmented reality is a game changer. Imagine driving while the windshield displays everything from driving data to navigation symbols. It’s like having a co-pilot who’s actually useful. And if that’s not enough, you get extended voice control—a whopping 800 commands! Just don’t be surprised when ChatGPT pops up, ready to help you find the nearest coffee shop—in English or German, mind you. So if you’re bilingual and caffeine-deprived, you’re all set!

Sound That Rocks—Literally!

If you fancy your music with a bit of class, the Bang & Olufsen sound system has got your back. With a three-dimensional sound staging and speakers placed right in the headrests, you’ll feel like you’re at a concert while comfortably seated in traffic. You might even release your inner rockstar. Just don’t try to sing along; nobody really wants to hear that masterpiece!

Space for Days!

The trunk offers a generous 511 liters of space, with another 64 liters up front for good measure. You know, just in case you need to fit in those last-minute shopping bags… or a small family. Fold the rear seats down, and you’ve got a whopping 1,373 liters to play with. Audi really thought about everything, including safety for the little ones; child seats deactivate the front passenger airbag. They’ve truly covered all bases!

Performance and Range Like You’ve Never Seen

Electric Yet Powerful!

And here’s the kicker—this vehicle boasts an impressive range of over 650 km on a single charge! Available in two battery capacities (83 kWh or 100 kWh), you can choose between the basic rear-wheel version that zips from 0 to 100 km/h in seven seconds or the Performance version that kicks it up a notch. If you’re feeling sporty, the quattro versions pack a punch with 387 and 489 horsepower, delivering acceleration from 0 to 100 in as little as 4.3 seconds. Try to wipe the smile off your face after that!

State-of-the-Art with a Dash of Class!

With an 800-volt architecture ensuring quick charging—up to 270 kW if the conditions are right—the Q6 Sportback e-tron is as efficient as it is flashy. It even got a makeover on the front axle for sharper cornering, perfect for those winding roads where you pretend the speed limit doesn’t exist.

Get Ready to Road Test!

Orders for this beauty will open at the end of this year and into the next, with pricing starting around €65,900, or about 1.66 million crowns in the Czech Republic. Price tag aside, the Q6 Sportback e-tron is definitely not just another car; it’s an invitation to live life in the fast lane—with a side of luxury! Don’t get too picky; it’s the future, and it’s bearing down on us at 210 km/h.

Embrace the automotive revolution, folks! Now, if only they could figure out how to keep the driver’s coffee from spilling during those sharp cornering sessions!
