A Apple worked with the BYD with the aim of developing a battery with lithium iron iron phosphate cells. The information comes from a report published by Bloomberg and mentions that this project would be to equip the component to the Apple Carbefore the project was cancelled, obviously.
According to the news, this battery may have something to do with the Blade, a part that is implemented in the Chinese automaker’s vehicles. Despite this, the company did that the concept of its battery emerged independently and, in addition, it has full rights to the technology.
