Police seized kilos of cannabis from a Carinthian corn field

A 63-year-old man discovered two black garbage bags and alerted the police. The garbage bags had probably been prepared for removal by the initially unknown “breeders” and contained around five kilograms of cannabis, the police said.

The police officers then checked the corn field and found a small plantation with additional cannabis plants. These were harvested and also secured.
