Renowned rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is once again involved in a sexual assault scandal. A new lawsuit filed in California federal court accuses the music mogul of gang-raping a woman in revenge for a comment she made about his possible involvement in the murder of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday by California resident Ashley Parham, details events that occurred in March 2018. According to the document, Parham met a man at a bar and, during a virtual conversation, mentioned his belief that Combs was involved. in the death of Tupac. Upon learning of this comment, Combs would have decided to “pay” him for his statement.

On March 23, 2018, Parham was invited to the man’s home in Orinda, California, under the guise of helping him with his cancer medication. However, the situation took a terrifying turn when Combs arrived at the scene, armed with a knife. According to the lawsuit, Combs threatened Parham with giving him a “Glasgow smile,” a type of deep cut on both sides of the mouth.
With the help of several accomplices, Combs allegedly proceeded to violently rape Parham, using a television remote control as an instrument. The victim alleges that she was threatened with death and that her accomplices also raped her.

After the attack, Parham was taken to the hospital and a rape kit was performed. However, the lawsuit claims that local police ignored her initial complaints, which named Combs as the assailant. Parham says he was afraid to reveal Combs’ name because of threats and the possibility of more violence.
The lawsuit seeks damages of $50 million and a jury trial. In addition to Combs, other individuals, including Kristina Khorram, described as Combs’ “handler-in-chief,” are also accused of participating in the attack.
This new accusation adds to a series of sexual assault lawsuits filed against Combs in recent months. The rapper is currently in prison awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
