A former senior US defense official has revealed that Israel is facing a shortage of interceptor missiles in the wake of ever-escalating tensions with Lebanon and Hezbollah’s firing of dozens of missiles.
Former Defense Ministry official Dana Stroll explained that while Israel was working to strengthen its air defenses against possible attacks by Iran, it was faced with a shortage of interceptor missiles. If Iran and Hezbollah attack Israel at the same time, the Israeli Air Force could be exhausted.
He pointed out that the US cannot continue its supply efforts to Ukraine and Israel indefinitely.
