He stressed that “the Israeli army is committing massacres against humanity by bombing displacement and shelter centers and gatherings of children and women. It is also working to target all vital sectors in the North Gaza Governorate and seeks to turn the governorate into a zone of devastation, killing and extermination.”
He pointed out that more than 300 people were killed over the course of 9 continuous days of killing and extermination in Manaq in the northern Gaza Strip, in a systematic murder and an applied siege against civilian neighborhoods.
He added: “Israel is strongly seeking to implement a clearly defined displacement plan, which is the largest and most dangerous American-Israeli occupation plan in the twenty-first century and the modern era, which was announced by ministers in the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and the criminal displacement plan was approved by US President Joe Biden.” And US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, in flagrant violation of international law, international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions and all international agreements, are committing 19 types of crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip in a consensual manner.”
He pointed out that “the Israeli forces, with their systematic war against the areas of the northern Gaza Strip, put all the hospitals in the north out of service. For the seventh time in a row, fuel is prevented from reaching these hospitals, and this means that the American administration and Israel have sentenced hundreds of thousands to death.”
In this regard, the statement confirmed the following:
- We launch an urgent distress call to the international community, especially to Russia and China, to all countries of the free world, the Arab world, and to all international and international organizations to exert all kinds of pressure on Israel to stop the war of genocide, and to stop the war of eradication and ethnic cleansing in the Gaza Strip.
- The necessity of working to deliver food aid to tens of thousands of our Palestinian people in the northern Gaza Strip, against whom the occupation practices a policy of systematic starvation.
- Israel is committing crimes of murder and starvation against civilians and displaced people and killing them in the streets of the North Governorate, especially in Jabalia al-Balad and the camp. We also condemn its relentless efforts to overthrow the health system and turn the north into a region of devastation and comprehensive destruction. We call on the international community and all countries of the world to condemn these ongoing crimes.
- He held “Israel, the American administration, and all countries participating in the genocide against our Palestinian people, such as Britain, Germany, France, and other criminal countries, fully responsible for the continuation of these crimes for a full year without these criminals stopping the brutal war against our defenseless Palestinian people.”
