According to the report, more than 1 crore was spent on the opening of Greater Iqbal Park in violation of the rules, Greater Iqbal Park administration gave Rs 25 crore as illegal advance to private firms, 10 crore 91 lakh to contractors Statutory extras were paid over Rs 785 lakhs for the services of the National History Museum.

The AUST report stated that the Greater Iqbal Park administration did not pay more than 52.6 million sales tax, construction works worth more than 2.6 billion were awarded to contractors in violation of papara rules, 31 5.5 million crores, instead of tenders, super goods were procured on the basis of quotations. 25.53 crores, instead of running the operational affairs of Greater Iqbal, a private company was expanded.
