Business Engineer M/F – EPSA France – Permanent contract in Strasbourg – Welcome to the Jungle

The Business Engineer/Developer: What They’re Really Asking For!

Well, well, well! If it isn’t another job post trying to attract the next superhuman – the Business Engineer/Business Developer M/F. Now, some might say business development is just glorified networking with a fancy title, but I say it’s a secret society of power suits, unending coffee breaks, and the thrilling chase to pry open the wallet of various ‘decision-makers’ like CEOs and HR directors. It’s basically played out like a dazzling heist movie, just with fewer explosions and more spreadsheets!

Your Mission – Should You Choose to Accept It

Hold onto your business cards, folks! Here’s what you can expect from this *glamorous* role:

  • Identify decision-making contacts: You’ll be on a quest to find the elusive creatures known as decision-makers within your customer portfolio. Think of yourself as Indiana Jones of the corporate jungle!
  • Prospect using the CRM tool: Familiar with CRMs? Excellent! Just remember, a CRM is not a trendy new cocktail – though it certainly has its layers.
  • Present to high-level contacts: Anyone who’s ever tried pitching to a CEO knows that it’s like trying to impress your girlfriend’s dad – a mix of charm, confidence, and perhaps a bit of sweat!
  • Make proposals and negotiate contracts: Ah yes, nothing says romance quite like discussing multi-page contracts over dinner. “I love the way you bring up indemnification clauses…!”
  • Coordinate with consulting teams: This is where you’ll be wearing multiple hats—an underrated circus act, if you will.
  • Participate in marketing and sales events: Don’t confuse this with planning weekend barbecues; it’s more about strategic mingling and less about burnt sausages.

The Sweet Perks of Success

Now, hang on, because if you think that’s all there is to this role, think again! EPSA promises an entire buffet of benefits that wash away the sting of your daily grind:

  • Get involved in associations: They’re not just for networking anymore – it’s practically a rite of passage.
  • Work-life balance: With two teleworking days a week, you’re practically a dolphin! Surfing the waves of both work and relaxation.
  • Continuous learning: Who doesn’t love the idea of education that doesn’t come with a student debt hangover? EPSA Campus sounds like Hogwarts for business minds.
  • Annual events: Yes, we’re in the corporate world, but who doesn’t want a gala every now and then? Dress up, mingle, repeat!
  • Regular fruit deliveries: Yes, you read that right! Two deliveries of fruit! A welcome change from doughnuts and despair!
  • Monthly convivial moments: Because nothing brings people together like awkward toasting and passive-aggressive banter over finger foods.
  • Participation and gift vouchers: Ah, the sweet smell of company benefits—when you realize your hard work is rewarded with something that makes you feel *valuable*!
  • Close-knit team: They promise collective strength, which really just means you’ll be bonding over horror stories from sales pitches gone wrong.

A Company with Vision

EPSA GROUP isn’t just about the money, money, money (though let’s be honest, it helps). They claim to care about the future of business – responsible practices, a serious CSR policy, and all that jazz. It sounds a lot like they’re trying to be the trendy friend everyone wants to hang out with at parties, while still figuring out how to keep the lights on.

Diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords here; they claim to take these matters seriously. Respect and accomplishment for everyone? It’s as if they’re attempting to draft a new company anthem for harmony—right next to the free fruit bowls!

Wrap-Up

So there you have it! A job that at first glance looks like a minefield of contracts and corporate lingo, sprinkled with the occasional fruit delivery. If you think you have the sass, charm, and perhaps a hidden talent for transforming mundane tasks into high-octane escapades, then maybe, just maybe, this could be the role for you. And remember: in the world of business engineering, it’s not just about turning over a profit; it’s about making connections that turn into friendships—armed with a side of cheekiness, of course!

Until next time, keep those business cards handy and those negotiation skills sharper than your nearest pencil! 🎉
