The Tanah Laut Regency Government handed over bonus money amounting to IDR 608.5 million to outstanding athletes and coaches on Monday in the courtyard of the Tala Regent’s Office.
“We are handing over bonuses to athletes who win at the 2024 South Kalimantan (Kalsel) Regional Student Sports Week (Popda), South Kalimantan Regional Special Olympics Week (Pesoda) 2024, and South Kalimantan Regional Traditional Sports Week (Portrada) 2024,” said Syamsir in Pelaihari, Tanah Laut Regency, Monday.

The Acting Regent of Tanah Laut admitted that he was proud of the hard work made by the athletes in making achievements to make this district proud.
He also hopes that athletes in Tanah Laut will be able to compete at the national and even international levels in the future.
“I am proud of our children, they have achieved extraordinary achievements to bring the reputation of Tanah Laut. This bonus money is an encouragement for them to achieve even more in the future,” said Syamsir.
