The album released under the umbrella of “Sony Music Entertainment” contains 10 songs in Latvian and one in English. Together with the album, the first song of the album “Kādreiz” goes to the radio stations.
“This full-length album definitely marks a new stage in my music. I tried to feel and connect two worlds – musically, I drew parallels with pop music from the last century, while I constructed the texts on topics that are relevant to me right now.

The album was made for about a year and a half, but it reached the finish line just this summer, when Chris Noah, in parallel with the concerts, spent a lot of time in the recording studio, focusing on compositions, lyrics and how he wants to hear this record.
Although the author of the album’s lyrics is mostly Chris Noah himself, the musicians heard on the recording are a bunch of the artist’s musical associates and friends – keyboardists Krists Krūskops and Mārcis Jukumsons-Jukumnieks, guitarist Kaspars Vizulis, percussionist Jēkabs Zemzaris and saxophonist Artūrs Sebris.
In addition to the already recognizable accompanying line-up, the recording also featured the string quartet “Juno”, bugler Rudolfs Dankfelds, brass players Vadims Dmitrijevs and Reinis Puriņš, percussionist Uģis Upenieks and backing vocals by Estere Tauriņa, Gabriela Zvaigznīte, Linda Anete Rušeniec and Kristīne Prauliņa.
The work on the song “Once upon a time” remained a vivid memory for the musician.
“The day of string recording was particularly beautiful, when my colleagues and I simply enjoyed and rejoiced at the charming, delightful sound of these instruments. I haven’t felt like a kid in a candy store in a long time, and I have the Juno String Quartet to thank for that.
During the recording, you could feel how fast we were progressing in each of the disciplines of the recording, so I also tried to challenge myself and set a goal – to correct the voice as little as possible in post-processing. As a result, I spent a lot more time recording the vocals, but when I listen to it, I get the feeling that it paid off.
I’m a little tired when releasing the album and this single, but I thank my peers for their support so that I could finish this record and present it to a wider audience.”
Both the single “Kädreiz” and the album were produced by the English producer Christopher Haris, who, together with musicians Krista Kruskops and Kaspars Vizulis, was Chris Noah’s biggest support shoulder in the creation of the record.
