Biomedical teams strengthen health services in the VI Health Region of Caazapá

Asunción, IP Agency.- The VI Health Region of Caazapá received the donation of an important batch of biomedical equipment from the Religious Foundation for Health, which will improve the quality of care in the health services dependent on the region.

With this support, within the framework of the agreement “Improving access and quality of public Adolescent Health services with a focus on SRH (sexual and reproductive health) and the reduction of adolescent pregnancy in Paraguay”, the Religious Foundation for Health reaffirms its commitment to the health of the population, reports the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare.

The equipment includes straight stretchers, gynecological stretchers, manual blood pressure monitors, healing carts with basin and bucket, among others, which will be distributed in health establishments in the area.

The medical supplies consist of 9 straight stretchers, 23 manual blood pressure monitors, 6 healing carts with basin and bucket, gynecological stretchers, among others, which will be very useful for health personnel and will benefit the entire community.

Dr. Amilcar Miño, director of the Sixth Health Region, Caazapá, thanked the Foundation for its dedication and commitment to the health of the population of the department.
