CULIACAN.- In the fourth week of violence in Sinaloathe State Attorney General’s Office opened investigation files for 11 new murders in the municipalities of Culiacán, Eldorado and San Ignacio.
Five of the victims were on the Heroico Colegio Militar road, in the Miguel Hidalgo neighborhood.
Almost at the stroke of midnight, a report was received that there were bodies lying near the private cemetery Jardines del Humaya, at the southern exit of the capital. Upon verifying the site, it was confirmed that they had signs of torture and gunshots.
The State Attorney General’s Office reported that investigation folders are open for these new events that took place in various parts of the state during the course of the last October 3a day on which 16 complaints were received for the looting of vehicles of various models and years, and five for forced disappearances.
The judicial department announced that, in the Costa Rican judicial office, in Culiacán, they found the bodies of two men with bullet wounds, so investigations began to achieve their identification.
In the community of Laguna de Canachi, in the same municipality, They found another body of a male personwhich had gunshot wounds and did not carry any type of identification. Also, in the town of Santa Refugio, in the municipality of Culiacán, the skeletal remains of a personpresumably male, for which an investigation file was initiated for the crime of intentional homicide.
Another of the victims of violence was on the Culiacán-Mazatlán highway, in the jurisdiction of the new municipality of Eldorado; This is a male person who suffered gunshot wounds.
In the southern part of the state, a man was shot to death on a road that leads to the town of Tayoltita, in the municipality of San Ignacio, for which the respective investigation file was opened.
