After the call for applications launched on October 1, the School of Preparation for Administrative Careers (EPCA), via its General Management, has set up a Committee to pre-select the best applications for 10 days and audition the candidates, future teachers of this great school.

Since October 11, 2024, the start date of the work, the expert members of this committee have been examining the files on the basis of scientific and educational criteria previously defined and validated by General Management. These criteria for evaluating applications concern: Profile-job adequacy (Academic Qualification), professional experience (number of years of experience in the field), Technical skills (mastery of digital tools) and state of the file (documents provided).

At the end of this work, which will last one week, a report will be drawn up and transmitted to the Scientific and Educational Council of the establishment, the competent body to examine the merits and give reasoned opinions to the Board of Directors for a final decision.

“This process arises from the vision of Restoration of institutions carried by the President of the Transition, President of the Republic, Head of State, His Excellency, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema who requests that the major professional schools of application reinvent in order to offer the nation high-flying, competent executives capable of carrying out the country’s development ambitions”, said Rodrigues Mikolo Banaka, Director General of EPCA.

The EPCA recruits its teaching staff through a call for applications to guarantee, it is said, fairness and transparency. This involved putting all candidates of the same academic level into competition to take the best in each field. The approach, the first of its kind, is of interest to General Core and Sector Common Core teachers.
