PPC Lights Up Attica with Fresh Retail Wave

The new PPC stores were opened in N. Heraklion, at 12 Pefkon & Polytechniou Street, in N. Kosmos, at 64 Ilia Iliou & Koutsonika Street and in Chaidari, at 78 Stratigou Karaiskaki & Lakonias Street.

With the customer, their needs and experience at the center, the new PPC stores were designed to provide a unique experience in the digital age, with modern design, integrated energy services, fast service and extended hours.

In total, PPC’s new, completely redesigned stores and Pop-Up points reach 34 with the transformation of the store network across the country, progressing dynamically. The architectural and functional design of the new stores follows the most modern trends, with open, welcoming spaces and impressive lighting.

PPC stores in the new era

The daily opening hours of the new and renovated PPC stores are from 07:30 to 20:00, while bill payments are made through myPPC 24/7 and are available 24 hours a day. In addition, some of the new stores expand their operation and open to the public on Saturdays as well, from 08:30 to 15:00. The redesigned stores offer their visitors immediate and easy service in three zones:

The myPPC ServicePoint online service zone, where customers can register, manage and pay their plans and bills, but also submit requests and be served online or schedule their appointment on a day and time of their choice.

Energy saving services and products

In the new PPC stores, customers and visitors can be informed about all the solutions and energy products provided by PPC, such as PPC myHome Enter the fixed product that offers fixed charges for 12 months and PPC myHome 4All, the new home variable product enabling new and existing customers to reduce their energy footprint while rewarding them for savings.

PPC stores are also an ideal destination for Natural Gas solutions, with myHome Gas Control offering a competitive fixed price of €0.045/kWh for the entire duration of the contract and a €50 discount on the bill, and myHome Gas Benefit, the variable price product, both products with zero warranty fee for new customers.

At the new PPC stores, visitors can also update and activate PPC myHome4Students, PPC’s new product specifically for students. PPC myHome4Students offers a fixed, competitive price of €0.129/kWh for the first 150kWh, which corresponds to the average monthly electricity consumption of a typical student home.
