The Jugla lake walking path “Sajūti Juglu” from the existing viewing platform towards Brīvības street is intended as an environmental education and infrastructure facility to explore and discover the natural values ​​of Jugla lake. The trail was opened only this year and its length is 1.6 kilometers. The walking trail of Lake Jugla is a quiet, scenic and at the same time amazing walking place for enjoying peace, nature and historical monuments.

Sloka Lake Trail

The length of the circular trail is 3.1 km. In one direction, the trail goes along the shore of the lake, and in the other direction – through the forest. As you walk along the walking path, you will be able to observe how different forest types replace each other. Walking along the path, it is possible to additionally visit Melnezera and continue the road to Jaunkemeri beach (4.5 km).
