Ukraine’s Lone Ace: Mykhailo Mudryk Steals the Spotlight

In the elite group A3, Germany won 2:1 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, both goals were scored by Deniz Undav. The Netherlands, despite being weakened, won at least a point for a 1:1 draw in Hungary. Slovakia overcame a two-goal deficit against Sweden and played with it 2:2. In the next match of Group C1, Estonia beat Azerbaijan 3:1, also thanks to a goal from midfielder Slovácko Vlasij Sinjavský.

Due to Russian military aggression, Ukraine has to play abroad, in September against Albania, it played at Letná in Prague. She found asylum in Poland for two League of Nations matches in October.
