Environment: Start-up based in London, Paris and Lyon (40 employees), mission supervised by the Customer Success Manager and under the responsibility of the Head of France

At FANZO, we are convinced that the emotions of sport are experienced more intensely when they are shared. However, very few fans have the chance to live the experience at the stadium, up close to the actors.
How can you experience and feel the atmosphere of the stadium, no matter where you are?
FANZO is the solution that allows sports fans to find the bars, hotels and restaurants that broadcast their favorite events, while benefiting from exclusive offers and services. Our mission is also to help establishments make the most of the sport they broadcast to develop their business.

Created in 2007, FANZO France (formerly Allomatch) brings together a community of 1,500 bars and more than 1 million fans year-round. The group is present in 7 countries and on 3 continents (Europe, North America and Oceania). To capitalize on the sporting dynamic of the region and enrich our CHR (Cafés Hotels Restaurants) team, we are looking for a: Customer Success Manager Junior (F/M).

YOUR MISSIONS

1. Support the implementation of the commercial development policy among the customer base (1,500 customers)
– Carry out the onboarding of new clients
– Manage the customer engagement policy with the park: newsletter, SMS and call campaigns
– Regularly visit customers to support and optimize the use of FANZO
– Promote customer satisfaction, limit churn and solicit commercial recommendations
– Manage termination requests
– Identify commercial partnership opportunities

2. Contribute to product excellence and foster innovation
– Contribute to disseminating our sports expertise to the customer base
– Work with international teams to improve service, including engagement
– Contribute to improving internal commercial performance processes

3. Participate in cross-functional projects
– Actively participate in cross-functional projects in France, among others: operations with brands, media and rights holders, communication of the park’s offers to fans, etc.
– Demonstrate personal initiatives on subjects that improve FANZO’s perception, product or commercial methods

Qualification :

We want to surround ourselves with curious and passionate collaborators. The profile we are looking for must show:
– Strong support for the FANZO project and the missions that the company has set itself
– The desire to pass on your passion for sport
– The desire to satisfy our customers and build long-term relationships
– The desire to learn and challenge the status quo to advance the company
– An appetite for sport and/or CHR, with at least an attraction and a curiosity for learning about these sectors of activity

Experience: M1 level (minimum) or M2, you have already had experience related to business development and/or customer support

SKILLS :
– You are comfortable with digital tools
– You are comfortable with customer relations
– You understand and speak business English

Desires: you are driven by commercial development and you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to advise and support our clients in their success through sport.
