HEAD of the Attorney General’s Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum Kejagung), Harli Siregar said that his party would present Sandra Dewi as a witness in the trial of the tin corruption case that ensnared her husband Harvey Moeis at the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday (10/10).
“Yes, that’s right, that’s the plan. “On Thursday, October 10 2024, Sandra Dewi will be a witness in the trial of her husband’s case, Harvey Moeis,” said Harli in Jakarta on Tuesday (8/10).
It is known that Harvey Moeis was entangled in a case of alleged corruption in the trading system of tin commodities at the Central Jakarta Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor), where the state allegedly suffered financial losses of up to IDR 300 trillion. Harvey Moeis was charged with committing the crime of money laundering (TPPU) from receiving IDR 420 billion from the proceeds of corruption.

Harvey, who is an extension of PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT), together with the former President Director of PT Timah, Mochtar Riza Pahlevi Tabrani, is suspected of accommodating illegal mining activities in the PT Timah IUP area to make a profit.
