Jalil Abbas Jilani, while giving a press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that a special meeting of the OIC will be held in Jeddah on October 18, in which the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan will participate. The OIC meeting will discuss the implementation of the cease-fire, and finding a solution to the Palestinian issue in the Middle East is indispensable.

CPEC will not be slowed down: Caretaker Foreign Minister
Jalil Abbas Jilani said about the Prime Minister’s visit to Beijing that Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar is visiting on the invitation of the Chinese President. In the meeting, issues of mutual interest will also be discussed with the Chinese leadership.
He said that on the occasion of the caretaker prime minister’s visit to China, meetings will also be held with world leaders, memorandums of understanding on agriculture, green energy and other issues will also be signed, and the possibilities of further cooperation in various fields will also be reviewed. The Prime Minister’s visit will further enhance mutual cooperation between China and Pakistan.
The caretaker foreign minister said that after spending two days in Beijing, the prime minister will visit Xinjiang, where he will also address Xinjiang University and meet with businessmen. The prime minister will also offer Friday prayers in Xinjiang mosque.
