According to the statement released by the French authorities, Paul Duro was arrested under various charges.

The statement said that the judicial investigation in this regard was started on July 8.

The Telegram founder was detained on 12 charges, including money laundering, fraud, illegal transactions and operating an online platform that allows inappropriate content related to children, according to a statement released by prosecutor Laure Beccuau.
