SINAR Mas Land has made another proud achievement by winning the award as Top 10 Developers at the BCI Asia Awards 2024 which was held at The Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Jakarta, last Thursday (19/9).
This award is awarded to the company that has the highest aggregate value in terms of projects being built during the last year. This is seen based on the company’s level of sustainability, confirmed green building ratings, and various other aspects that show the company’s performance. The project criteria included in the assessment cover from the pre-tender stage to the initial stage of categorization for green building design.
The BCI Asia Awards is an appreciation event given to architectural consulting companies and property developers. This awards event has been held regularly by BCI since 2005 and has become one of the most prestigious benchmarks in Asia for the construction industry.
