The first one is cleaner and has a fully integrated social area, this 130 m2 apartment conveys a light and contemporary style. Its layout features a rich palette of textures and designs, including light and neutral tones and a wood feel, that frame openings and create visualizations of interconnected areas.
The joinery has been planned with a focus on functionality and harmony of the environment, and the floors have been given a unique coating to promote flow between spaces. Additionally, indirect lighting allows for alternative lighting scenarios and benefits the environment regardless of the time of day.
The second apartment is also 130 m², simple, harmonious and integrated. The scope is broad and its advice is to create a minimalist, harmonious and fully integrated environment. Clean design, light tones and accentuated wooden frames make the connection between spaces look more elegant.
Comfortable interiors ensure comfortable living and entertaining, and the kitchen is connected and has ample storage space to keep daily life organized and practical.
The restaurant is designed on the balcony to further optimize the layout. Every detail has been considered to combine beauty and functionality to create a warm apartment full of character.
