Rasmus Gozzi is the artist, songwriter and producer who for many in the country has become synonymous with EPA dunk and artists like Miss Snusk and Louise Andersson Bodin. In the last two years, he has had a real meteoric career and has topped the Spotify charts time and time again.
Among other things, he is behind the Swedish super hit “Ride me like a dala horse” performed by Fröken snusk.

And at the beginning of 2024, unexpected news came – Gozzi had teamed up with Gunilla Persson and released a song. At the time, the audience didn’t know that it was just the beginning for the profiles’ collaboration.
Rasmus Gozzis releases children’s program
On Saturday 5 October, Gozzi released a children’s program called Fröken Sushi & Rasmus Pizza. According to Gozzi, the program will be a combination of children’s entertainment and music, and his hope is to reach a new audience with this innovative initiative.

– “Miss Sushi” will be released every Saturday on YouTube, where both children and parents can follow along on fun and exciting adventures. In connection with each episode, we also release new songs on Spotify, which makes the program a complete music and entertainment experience for the whole family, he tells News24.
– Every now and then there will be exciting features in the form of visiting celebrities. Among other things, Gunilla Persson will appear in the program together with other Swedish profiles, which contributes both charisma and entertainment value, he says.

How did you get the idea for Fröken Sushi & Rasmus Pizza?
– The idea was born from my own experience as a father. After the success of “Fröken Snusk” I wanted to create something family friendly and educational that my son could relate to but also be able to create something that I myself could show him. “Miss Sushi” combines my passion for music with a program that children can be entertained by.

You mentioned that it is also educational, in what way do you mean?
– The program conveys important lessons about empathy, cooperation and friendship in a playful way. Through singing and “storytelling”, we want to give the children tools to navigate their emotions and interact with their surroundings in a positive way.
How is your relationship with Gunilla Persson? Do you get along well?
– We have a good relationship! Gunilla is a fantastic person with lots of charisma. I see Gunillas as my extra mother and I love her.
Becoming a father, was it what you imagined?
– Becoming a father was a life-changing experience. It gave me a whole new meaning and motivation in life. I became more focused and aware of what is most important. It has really changed my perspective, both personally and in my career.
