Metropolitan Momentum: ANDE Steps Up Efforts to Drive Progress

Asunción, IP.- The National Electricity Administration (ANDE) carried out improvement work this weekend in the distribution system in Asunción and the metropolitan area, in order to provide greater reliability to the provision of electric energy service, in this time of great demand. .

On Saturday, January 31, technical officials from the Department of Distribution Line Maintenance carried out work to adapt low-voltage structures between Capitán Bado, Humaitá and Julio Correa streets in the center of the town of Luque.

Likewise, in the Colonia Juan de Salazar in the city of Limpio, medium voltage support replacement works were carried out in the vicinity of Prof. Rita Etelvina Gómez de Aveiro and Juan de Salazar streets.

The activities continued on Sunday, February 1, with the general, preventive and corrective maintenance of distribution posts located in the La Catedral, Rodríguez de Francia, La Encarnación neighborhoods, and in the vicinity of Víctor Haedo streets almost Independencia Nacional of the city from Asuncion; On the other hand, at the Tacuary intersections, between Fulgencio R. Moreno and Luis A. de Herrera, medium voltage structures were adapted.

Similarly, in the city of Emboscada on route No. 3, from the entrance to the city to the detour to Nueva Colombia, the line was expanded and medium voltage support was erected.

This Monday the work continued, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the medium-voltage line was expanded, a new distribution post and D were installed, and the low-voltage structure was adapted in the Villa Guaraní neighborhood of the Capital.
