“Giulio’s day is bad… will we be able to fix it?!”. This is the question from which the theater show “Un giorno con Giulio” starts, which the UHT Association – Forum Theater Company proposes on Thursday 10 October at 8pm at the Torre di Losone Center (entry 5 francs).
The show, lasting approximately 90 minutes, recounts some moments of a day for Giulio, a 9-year-old boy, and focuses on the theme of good treatment of children, respecting their rights, and on the implications of these rights in relationships with each other. The audience is invited to reflect on the themes proposed together with the characters, in a light and playful, but in any case not superficial, way. For this reason, the exhibition is aimed at all those who regularly spend time in contact with children: parents, teachers, extracurricular staff, educators, monitors, etc.
The UHT Company was born in 2009 thanks to some members of the Gulliver’s Jesters Association and is made up of professional actors also active in the socio-educational field. Through collaborations with Pro Senectute, Pro Infirmis, Radix, Supsi, Decs and Dss, it has so far produced 10 other forum theater shows.
