ASV Nendingen the point double

Oberliga Württemberg: KG Dewangen/Fachsenfeld – SV Dürbheim 26:8 and SV Dürbheim – TSV Herbrechtingen 12:25. SV Dürbheim suffered two defeats on the double fight weekend. On the Day of German Unity, Dürbheim clearly lost to title contenders KG Dewangen/Fachsenfeld with 8:26. For Dürbheim there were only three individual victories to celebrate.

Two days later the SVD had to play away again, this time against TSV Herbrechtingen. The match ended at 12:25. Little came together for Dürbheim. Ion Bulgaru (57 kg) was able to shine with a superior victory and Mathias Zepf (80 kg) and Robin Kessler (75 kg) also won their fights, but in the end it wasn’t enough for points.

With 4:6 points, SV Dürbheim is currently in sixth place in the Oberliga table.

Württemberg Association League: KG Wurmlingen/Tuttlingen – KSV Winzeln 2:15 p.m. The KG had to admit defeat 14:15 in the local derby against KSV Winzeln despite full effort. In front of 300 spectators in the hall, both teams fought exciting battles until the end. The KG had to compensate for some short-term failures, which ultimately turned out to be a disadvantage. The bantamweight division had to be given up without a fight and young talent Aaron Wucherer was also unable to compete due to stomach problems.

Nevertheless, the KG wrestlers showed great fighting spirit and were able to win some fights. Gentrit Mustafa, Andrija Ivanovic, Anton Klymentov and Dominik Reichle scored important points for the home team. In the last fight of the evening, Filippo Biondi had to face Fabian Heim. Biondi won his fight, but could no longer prevent the KG from narrowly losing.

Württemberg Regional League: ASV Nendingen – KG Baienfurt/Ravensburg II 21:16. In the fight for second place in the national league, ASV Nendingen prevailed against its direct pursuer, KG Baienfurt/Ravensburg II, with 21:16. The wrestlers showed a strong team performance in front of over 350 spectators in their own hall. However, the opening fight was lost.

Lucas Schaz initially clearly dominated his opponent, but then had to admit defeat. Heavyweight Philipp Henning did better with a narrow victory. Jonathan Wernz impressed with a 16-0 superior victory. At the break, however, the Nendingers were behind 5:12. Tobias Müller brought his team closer again with a shoulder victory. Nelio Rothfelder followed up with another dominant victory. Filip Ilijev brought the final point. After a strong performance, he shouldered his opponent in the final fight and secured overall victory for his team.

ASV Nendingen – TSV Meimsheim 21:9. On German Unity Day, ASV Nendingen clearly won against TSV Meimsheim with 21:9. However, the result was clearer than was reflected in the hard-fought duels on the mat.

After a win without a fight for Lucas Schaz (57 kg), Dennis Buschle suffered a defeat and was injured in the process. Rafael Pavlov (61 kg) showed a strong performance against much older opponents and won 9:5. Jonathan Wernz narrowly won 4-0 in the light heavyweight division. Luis Ilijev showed nice attacking combinations and won 18:4.

Tobias Müller narrowly lost, but showed a strong performance. Nelio Rothfelder dominated his opponent and won by shoulder victory. Dion Berisha had to admit defeat in his first men’s fight. Coach Yan Ceaban thrilled the spectators with his skills and won with a score of 18:2. Filip Ilijev made it 21:9 with a 9:6 victory.
