Essential Yoga Course at CraftLab Pescara Thursday 10 October 2024.
A path of progressive and profound self-knowledge.
The practice of hatha yoga postures, carried out with attention and focus on the energetic processes and the effects generated, is completed by a final theoretical study.
The postures are presented, studied and created together. Gradually, over time, all the elements necessary to create an integral knowledge of the Yoga system are introduced.
The term esoteric literally means “referring to the essence”, and was adopted to define the profound approach that we want to give to the course, which starts from the physical body and goes beyond.
For the month of October the lessons are free of charge, those who complete the registration will have a discount on the monthly fee up to and including December.
Confirmation is very welcome, having a maximum capacity for mats.
